If I just sold something to a little girl at 110% and got near pin, it means I can buy stuff from her and (almost everyoen else) for 67% or so with very high confidence of getting near pin. you can consistently get near pin after the 1st or 2nd trades if you know wheather or not your customers "feel" rich.
But if you are keen on getting near pin and just bonus, note that there is this. 10/15 = 66% which means you need 33% less turns). Just bonus is rare enough to not take into account and near pins only reduces number of trades by 33% (10trades*15points vs 15trades*10points. Getting near pin or just bonus doesn't speed up budget increase by alot. increase the tier each time you see a heart shape poping up. a good bet is to assume that they can only affort tier 1 items when you haven't ever seen any heart from them. if you look at the shops where you stock up, there are items with tiers there's the cheapest swords and the most expensive swords. Afterwhich you should try your luck agin and see what their budget is. the default is 10 reputation points, near pin makes it 15 and just bonus makes it 30 once you've accumulated enough points you'll see a heart shape thing poping up after one of your trades which shuold indicate increase in budget of that particular customer. There is a price range when trading that gives you near pin or just bonus which increases reputation faster.
